Wednesday Dreadmill

27 Jun

Today the humidity returned so it was off to the fitness center to do a Dreadmill Workout with Tony. The 4 miles went by rather quickly even though I included so hills in the run along with a little speed work. I can’t tell you how much I hate doing Dreadmill Workouts!

The couple that I work for left for Maine yesterday and will not be back until September. Never fear, I’ll be working from home organizing another of his collections of writings, this time his memoirs. Also the Mrs. wants me to paint their dinning room and a few other odd jobs like buy a new computer and organize her computer files. A Personal Assistant does a little of everything.
