June Update

17 Jun

Today was the usual weekday ride. I meet Nurse Payne Tuesdays and Thrusdays at 6:30 for an hour or so bike ride. Having to be back home by 8:45 limits our ride. We usually meet at the circle behind the Coconut Point Mall then ride south thru an area that only has on stop light, this and bike lanes make for a great ride. Since I still have a week of work before I leave for Maine, where I will not be riding a bike, I’m trying to get in my riding.

My weekly schedule has been as follows:

Bike – Tuesday 20 mi Thursday 20 mi Saturday 40 mi and Sunday 50 mi

Run – Monday 5 mi Wednesday 6 mi and Friday 6 mi

Swim Monday Wednesday and Friday

You’ll notice the lack of a rest day. It’s suppose to be Thursdays.
