Weakly Update a little late

I don’t want to jinks anything, but my training has gotten back on track. It’s the first time since our trip to Italy that I have felt like I’ve had two solid weeks of training. I’m hoping to get back to swimming as the water in the Gulf has warmed up nicely.

This past week I did 102 miles on the bike, a best distance in a long time on the bike!
