I’ve Been Sick and Weekly Update

18 May

These past two weeks have not been the best for training. I took a few days off to travel to New Jersey for my grandson’s conformation (he is the one with the bow tie). I took my running shoes and shorts but I was so busy I didn’t have a chance to run. The day after I arrived home I got a bad cold which started with a sore throat and progressed to aches, pains, tiredness, chills and coughing, ugh!
